In all industrial and manufacturing processes we meet the needs of a wide range of lubrication for both reciprocating and screw compressors. We supply oil for compressors using ammonia as a refrigerant NH3 (R717), carbon dioxide CO2 (R744), or CFC and HCFC. According to the type of compressor applications, refrigerant type and other circumstances will suggest the correct type of compressor oil.

We will deliver oils for free transportation to your address throughout the Czech Republic. Oils are available in packs of 20 litters canisters or 208 litters in a barrel. Special oil for refrigerant CO2 are only 1 litter or 10 litters. We ensure the return of our supplied oils and their ecological disposal.

One of the options to determine the quality and extent of oil contamination is an analysis of oil tribology service. Perform at your oil sample, which we will send to the laboratory for analysis. Protocol of analysis will be sent electronically. The main reason for analysing is monitoring of the device status. A detailed analysis of oils can detect early problems and prevent unplanned downtime. Regular oil analysis are part of preventive maintenance and it enable monitor continuously the quality of the oil in the device and to detect worse quality.

We provide special types of oils for compressors Sabroe type AP68 and PAO68.

Both types are special oils produced at the request of Sabroe and we do not recommend replacing or mixing with other oils.

Type PAO is full synthetic oil suitable for compressors that are designed at the factory for operation with full synthetic oil for long period intervals where it is used ammonia as a refrigerant.

AP type is suitable as a transition from mineral oil to full synthetic oil. Their excellent characteristics performance reduce the formation of sediments and sludge, minimizing clogging of valves and filters. It is also suitable where the compressor is designed for mineral oil, or was operated with mineral oil, which used ammonia as a refrigerant.

The basic parameters for the selection of suitable lubricants are:

  • range of application
  • viscosity at oil, NLGI grade and viscosity of the base oil greases
  • type of oil - mineral, partially or completely synthetic
  • standards for the field of application or approved and recommended by manufacturers of industrial applications
  • Viscosity - oil flow. This is a variable dependent on the temperature, which increases as the temperature decreases liquids. Measured in the laboratory and is reported as the temperature of the oil (normally 40 to 100 ° C) mm 2 / s or cSt. In practice, it is used for industrial scale applications in accordance with ISO viscosity grades (ISO VG).

Mineral oil: High quality mineral (naphthenic) oil containing paraffinic hydrocarbons, especially designed for use in refrigeration compressors. As a result of this formulation have very good low temperature fluidity and a low pour point. Not compatible with CO2 refrigerant and are not recommended for use with HFC refrigerant (freon refrigerant).

Semi-synthetic oils: Base oils in a mixture of polyalphaolefin with mineral oil, or oil-based hydrocracking compressors for refrigeration systems and heat pumps. They excel in high chemical, thermal and oxidative stability and very low freezing point. They are fully miscible with conventional mineral oils.

Fully synthetic oils: Base oils or synthetic polyalphaolefin alkylbenzen base oils, or thereof mixtures, or oil-based polyoester, polyglycols or otherwise, with extremely high oxidation stability, minimum creation of sediments, very low pour point and excellent thermal stability, designed for cooling compressors.
